JAMES MThis was my 3rd try to get a rental. Paper work in hand for a reservation with 711 S, Collins st. was worthless on Saturday. Went to Alexandra St. they were closed but someone was there cleaning trucks, said they could not help me because they were closed. There was a truck THERE! Made my reservation with S country rd. Could not find them on Sunday night. Phone calls went to a number I did not call and was never called back. U haul canceled my reservation I had talked to Corey later Sunday night and he said he would open for me just give him a time. U haul tried to take the truck but he said it was committed (Thank God) and I finally got a rental Monday afternoon after 3 days of triing. No I am not very pleased with my overall experience with u-haul.
