Eddy was fantastic at Halls Auto. He does a fantastic job. Made sure I was covered and all was well before I departed. He is value added to UHAUL. You need to provide him more U-Haul opportunities. All requested equipment was provided on time. He should be recognized by U Haul for exceptional service.

Original pick up location was changed by U-haul. I wasn’t notified until the day before pick up. Changed pick up location was farther than original requested location causing extra miles. Miles were adjusted accordingly. Did not like the snakes picture on the side of the truck due to being petrified of snakes.
