Very poorly maintained location, like something out of The Walking Dead. Gas tank was almost completely empty. An old U-Haul receipt from a prior customer with their personal information and address was left in the front seat. A large piece of metal (like a two foot rod) was left in the passenger seat. I reserved 12 furniture pads/mats two weeks in advance and received NONE. I’ve used u-haul several times and my previous experiences were fine. This one was a joke.
EUGENE BEmployee didn't verify the amount of gas on the vehicle from previous operator and I ended up getting charged extra even though I filled the gas back up to where it was when I rented the vehicle. Car was driven for only 8 miles and it does not consume 1/8 of gas from the car. Place is misleading would never go back to this location again.
Chuck CThe lady only give me 35 miles to go one way about 87 miles. Which makes no sense. When I return the truck they charged me extra 51 miles. While it's not my fault it's the lady's fault, by just giving me 35 miles. She did not take the address where I'm going with the truck to go pick up the stuff and where I'm taking the stuff to Scranton she only takes the dropped off location for the truck.which is not fair to me. I want my refund back.
