William D1. Show up on time and not half an hour after the agreed upon pick up time. 2. Do not behave in a surly, ill-tempered manner. 3. Do not deflect direct questions regarding the bill. 4. Do not overcharge for fuel usage. 5. Expect more custom at your Westport location as the Port Henry office was disappointing at best.
