Listen to the customer! When they pick a location it might be for a reason. Tried to go back to rent a car trailer but was denied even though there was 4 on the lot. Told me they had to stay in town. Didn’t have a trailer within a100 miles.
Rick MThe guy renting me the truck got mad at me when I asked if it could be swept out for me since it was dirty in the back. I swept it out after he did a half-assed attempt and then said it was clean, even though he barely swept out anything himself. He then tried to tell me not to rent the truck after I swept it out and informed him that this is what a clean truck should look like before renting it to someone. I hate renting uhauls from this place and avoid it as often as humanly possible. Zero customer service, just read the Google reviews for this location to get a good idea of what you're dealing with
