Overcharged for an extra day, returned to location and time specified in rental agreement. Final bill being disputed and awaiting a reply from U-HAUL

Excellent customer service. I was running a little late and was going to arrive after they closed but they were willing to remain open until I was able to arrive.

The particular truck that I rented would leak water through the cab on to the driver's and passenger's shoulder near the seat belt. Driving in the rain was extremely annoying. I also asked for a truck that had cruise control if possible, but I was given a truck that did not have this feature while the truck that had cruise control was given to someone else.

Trailer was dropped off when closed

I was pointed in the direction of the trailer was left to hook it up and check the lights on my own. From previous experience at other locations someone always went out to ensure that that the lights worked, it was hooked up safely, and inspected it with me for damage and cleanliness. I was lucky to bring my 4-wire extension cause the trailer did not have one on it. Upon return it was quickly checked in with an inspection and again I was pointed into the direction to unhook it and park it with no help.

The young ladies at Glen's went out of their way to get me the equipment I needed to move.

Glen and Laura of Glen's Garage are OUTSTANDING when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. I spent 30 years in the USMC and have used U-Haul on many, many occasions during my moves from base to base. I mean what I say when I rate the folks at Glen's Garage with the best of them. Way to go, U-Haul. Thanks again....

It was clear from the beginning that the staff waiting on us was not concerned at all about good service. She did not go outside and check on the trailer. Obviously no one checked the trailer before they gave it to us because the brake lights and turn signals weren't working. No one helped us connect the trailer like they have every other place we have rented UHaul equipment. We didn't know until we were in Arizona in the middle of the night and were stopped by the state police our lights weren't working. Also, I called the person who "waited on" us before we left town and told her were not going to use the dollies because we didn't need them and they wouldn't fit in the trailer or our car. The trailer was way too small. They told us a larger one was not available, but we aren't really sure after the service we got if they even tried to get a larger one, frankly. She told me when I got to the end location to tell them what I told her and they would adjust it. Someone had already told my husband if we showed up at the end location without anything they would make us buy it and put the charge on our card. She said well, just have them call her when we got there. I told here we were going to get there after she closed and asked her if she would at least put notes on the computer system so when we got to the end location they would see we talked to her. Got to the end location-no notes on the computer. She couldn't even be bothered to do that. The people at the end location were awesome helped us fix the problem. The most frustrating thing about this whole experience here, in the pickup location, is the person who really, truly, couldn't care less if she provided any customer service at all IS THE OWNER'S WIFE. This is a small town and we have known them for a long time, so we know who she is. I will never do business with them again.

Glen’s garage was such a great help to us with our move. They were so courteous and patient and made our moving experience a breeze. I would definitely rent from them again given the chance.

We were supposed to pick up the truck and trailer on E Elbe street and arrived to find it was no longer open. We got directions to the proper location and their computer was functioning very slowly. Personnel were nice enough but the experience was marred by not having the proper location identified on the U-Haul web site.

We were to pick up the truck in Clovis NM, Got a call it would be in Portales, 20 miles away, which meant a round trip before we could load the truck They did now have the "blanket' protectors we had ordered when we reserved the truck. Was given another location to pick them up. Glen's garage did not forward my information, so had to wait for the information to be entered in second location computer.
