We were supposed to pick up the truck and trailer on E Elbe street and arrived to find it was no longer open. We got directions to the proper location and their computer was functioning very slowly. Personnel were nice enough but the experience was marred by not having the proper location identified on the U-Haul web site.

We were to pick up the truck in Clovis NM, Got a call it would be in Portales, 20 miles away, which meant a round trip before we could load the truck They did now have the "blanket' protectors we had ordered when we reserved the truck. Was given another location to pick them up. Glen's garage did not forward my information, so had to wait for the information to be entered in second location computer.

I made the reservation to be pick up in clovis Nm I never was told that the location got chance to portables Nm had to drive back to portables to pick truck waste of time and when I received the confirmation was not told either the girl just confirm time and date never mentioned location.

They were nice , but they didn’t help hook up the trailer, a lot of other places I have picked up a trailer from did.

They wouldn't even come out to do a walk around inspection. The windshield was so dirty I could hardly see out of it and had to immediately go to a gas station to wash it myself. The change oil light came on halfway through my drive from New Mexico to Alaska. I reserved the truck for clovis NM and had to drive 30 minutes to portales NM to pick it up. I can't believe the poor service I received with Uhaul for a service I would be paying nearly $5000. I had other options for moving my household goods and next move will likely consider those first if I'm am not compensated in some way.

this was not the location where I picked up my U-Haul. I was made to drive 30 minutes to another town in order to pick up my U-Haul. when my reservation was made, it clearly stated Glen's Garage as the pick-up place, but upon arrival I was told I couldn't get it there. From there things went down hill. I am so disgusted by the events that followed. I'm just glad this is over.

The young lady employee there did not know the drop-off process; she was trying to charge me for rental again; she did not how to read the paperwork nor the mileage on truck odometer. She ended up charging me an unwarranted $8.63 charge; there was enough fuel in the truck as it was instructed to me at the pick-up location in Lubbock, Texas. Glen's Garage needs to train or retrain all their employees in the U-haul pick-up and drop-off process. As far as the young lady employee is concerned, she was not customer service oriented and needs to be fired.
