Truck cabin smelled like cat urine. It was overwhelmingly bad. We had to drive with the windows down in the middle of a snowstorm due to the smell. It was THAT bad. I’m not sure why this wasn’t addressed and cleaned prior to my reservation.

Got charged a $20 after hour service fee, trailer was returned on time, not sure why I got charged this.
