I was not cleared immediately I returned the equipment. There needs to be improvement on this
ZACHARY OPick up was slow. I had to wait for the blankets and dolly to be loaded. The guy rolled his eyes at me when I asked him to put in the van. It should have already been done. Plus we were there an hour just for them to take down my information when I already did it on line. Returning was much better. I’ll use a different company in the future and won’t recommend U-Haul.
