The folks at the mercantile were very nice and helpful when I was having difficulties. The Uhaul van at this location did not have the dolly that I paid for. I never got money back even after inquiry. I had a lot of difficulty with initially picking up the van. Again the Poulsbo Mercantile people were very nice and helpful. They got me in contact with their Uhaul contact person who was also helpful. The overall process was efficient or smooth, but I am happy that I was helped by very nice people.Benjamin N.
Fix you're online system. Takes too long, very confusing, can't get help or chat when you have a question. U-haul has the worst online website I have ever seen. It is so outdated and ridiculously complicated I am surprised you EVER get online business. Totally get mad all over again when I think about it. Representative at the location decided to close early and refused to help me. Van had garbage in it and a half drunk bottle of wine in it. Mileage was off by more than 100 miles and I called customer service and all they could do was put notes in the system ( I have pictures of the odometer) They didn't check in the van until 2 days after I returned it (as scheduled). They charged me the other 100 miles I didn't use. Plus - you have sent me two receipts that are wrong. Not good.Bradley B.

The reservation was for 0830. At 0800 I got a call that the location wouldn't be open and hadn't set up 247 pickup - could I come at 1000. I arrived at 1005 and the location advised that I had to do it on my phone. When I completed the on line pickup it advised me to go inside to get the keys. The location knew nothing about getting keys. After 15 minutes of looking around, they called someone and got the lock box code. When I returned the van, I went inside to check in. They told me to just drop the keys in the drop box. When I got home, I decided that there had to be more to returning the van so I went on line and tried to go through the return process. It reached a point where it said "thank you, a Uhaul rep will call you shortly.". No one did. I finally called your central number and explained. The rep requested a couple of pictures I had taken and noted them on our account. All in all, a VERY unsatisfactory rental experience. The van was fine except that it constantly said change oil soon.John W.

The online checkout process is extremely cumbersome. Not all required information is provided when making the reservation so I had to wait for the store to open in order to get the vehicle. Additionally I was charged for insurance even though I declined it at least 4 times online.Michael B.

I was able to do EVERTHING from my phone. This was a lifesaver, as I was 10 minutes late for pickup and the store that hosts the U-Hual rental was closed. The uhaul mobile site walked me through everthing. I had issues getting my phone to allow uhual.com to see my location, and reading the user agreements caused some difficulty. Reloading the pages and being persistant eventually worked and I was able to do everything I needed on the timeline that worked for me. WOOTMatthew M.
