We got to witness his exceptional service and his overall character as a human being. He offered snacks and drinks as if you were at his home. Besides being the man behind a desk or a U-Haul wheel, he is astute and has a beautiful story. Wonderful experience all around! Highly recommend renting from here and meeting Sam the man!
