The representative at this location was very nice, friendly, and professional. The office itself was clean and well-maintained — they clearly take care of the storage facility portion of the business. However, the truck rental experience was terrible. I will never rent from this location again. The truck I was given had almost no gas in it. They offered me only an $11.18 credit if I returned it with a quarter tank, but I ended up putting $40 worth of gas just to reach half a tank and get to my destination. The worst part was the condition of the truck — it was so dilapidated and poorly maintained that I honestly thought it might break down in traffic. I did call the office, and the representative was genuinely kind, but I was told to contact the 800-number for assistance. The trucks at this location are clearly not being serviced or inspected properly. For safety and reliability, I’d strongly suggest avoiding this site for rentals.
