Upon arrival, the wrong keys where in the assigned lock box. I called UHaul which they requested to check the other boxes for keys. No other keys were available. This process took 20+ minutes to accomplish. The only available keys were for a truck out of service due to repairs. With this being the only truck available, I had not options and wasted valuable moving time.
