We rented a uhaul online for pick up to this location. Received a confirmation. Went to pick up a 26 foot truck and was told my truck was an hour and a half away at a different UHAUL location. After calling the UHAUL company (this location has no control) I was offered a 20ft truck with 79cents a mile discount. I am/was frustrated and distrustful of this whole process. We had expected the 26foot truck and had a crew to help move. We ended up having to do several loads. Beside being inconvenient it ended up more expensive due to having to fill the tank, pay for rental and pay for double the mileage we intended.
