I booked at another location but the UHAUL website changed it to another location and I was not aware of this. please change your website so that it is VERY clear to the user that where you chose may NOT be the location that uhaul books your rental. I looked dumb showing up at the wrong place and was upset to find that the online booking changed my location. not cool uhaul, not cool

One issue we had is that they only had 6 blankets and we had ordered 12. This forced us to make extra trips to protect our belongings. Elsewise, good experience.

Better availability. Originally was sent a text saying that the trailer we reserved would not be ready until after 11am, and then it changed to 1pm. Customers need more certainty and want to get started earlier than later.

Don't let the $19.95 signs fool you. The u-haul business is a nickel and dime scam. Make sure you read the fine print because the agents do not disclose all the costs up front. I would recommend having the agent inspect the truck with you before you leave. We dropped ours off after hours and the next morning they tried to blame us for a dent in the door-which we DID NOT cause. We expected this move to cost about $70 instead it cost $120. Will not be using u-haul again.

My pickup location was changed less than 24 hours prior to pickup. When I called the morning of the pickup, I was told they couldn't find the keys to my truck. I was told to call back in 10-15 minutes on three separate occasions but they keys were not found. I finally showed up at the location and they keys were still missing. The lady was not able to explain what I was supposed to do even though I made it clear I had moving help arriving in less than an hour. I had to call the U-Haul reservation number to find another location. The lady was nice and friendly, but overall the service was very inefficient and stressful. They need to become more organized when you're spending a lot of money and are involved in a stressful moving process already.

The truck was clean but had bad ordor in it. The temp gauge was reaching 210 deg.. They charged me an extra day but should not have. only had it for 1 day. The truck I had rented was the 19.95 one. No one could tell me why I was charged twice. They did call a girl at another store to help me out on reembersing the extra charge. I got back home to very if it had been taken care of. A deffirent women answered and was told she had no record of it.. it was writen down but bnot put in the computer like it was suppose to been. They girl took care of it. She told me the girl either did not want to bothered with it or bevause it getting to close for her to getting off. Sound to me like she did not want to be bothered with my problem. The one that did not enter it her mane is Shonda, the one that was very helpful was Kim. There number is 1-205-979-3013. Never will I rent from U-HAUL again. I was going to rent from them because I plan to be moving out of state in December. I will go with a different company now after this incident. I will be remeberced but that is not the problem solver. Should not have happened in the first place. Shonda should be repremended or something else. She should of done her work like she was supposed to done. Not let someone do her work. Thank you,Mr. John Parsons

I reserved the truck for a 10:00 pick up, but the employee could not find the keys. I returned at 1:00 and the new employee found them. Furthermore, I reserved a hand truck, and they did not have one available. What's the point of a reservation if I'm unable to pick up the needed items on time or at all?

The Trailer I rented was clean and well maintained. The manager was courteous and gave me the additional items I had rented. However, there was no one available to help me lift the trailer on to the hitch ball (a 6x12 tandem axle trailer is heavy), nor to make sure that I was installing the lights and safety hitches correctly. Please ensure qualified personnel are available to help customers with trailers and not just the rental paperwork.

No one helped me hook it to my vehicle. It was flat on the ground, so it was very heavy. I mentioned to the girl at the front desk I had no clue how to hook it up & all she said was can you call someone. Horrible customer service & worse experience with U-Haul ever. I'm not going to recommend anyone to this particular franchise. I rented a few things from U-Haul in the past & never been treated like this. I think whoever the owner of this franchise is should be closed down. :-(
