First, my request to have a vehicle closer to my departure place did not happen. This pickup spot was 10 miles further away, I had to ride the local transit bus for 40 minutes to get to the place where the rental was. Second, There were no blankets in the truck and had to drive to a different location to pick those up. Third, the truck they gave me was not the right truck, mileage was not correct on check out and vehicle D.C. number did not match my contract number causing me to have to call Uhaul traffic control to get this all straighten out. Fourth, the online quote from departure point A to arrival point B was over $100 less then my actual charges. Fifth, why are the charges more then double for dropping off the vehicle in Lacey Washington, then in Tacoma Washington, 20 miles away? Overall, I ended up paying more then the original quote then you online quote.

No signs to designate where to drop vehicle, drove behind the building and spotted a couple of other trucks and parked out there next to them. I returned the vehicle with slightly more gas than when picked up, but somehow got charged 7 plus dollars, gauge was between 1/4 & 1/2 and the emailed receipt says 1/4? Was pouring rain, attendant walked out to rig. Came back in, finished paperwork, asked to verify my email address and said your good to go. No mention of gas discrepancy? Didn’t fuel vehicle? Amount charged is dishonest. I expect a reimbursement. Quite frankly, if it where my business, I would refund the entire amount of the rental and reprimand the employee. I don’t appreciate being scammed. It is not the money, it is the principle.

The woman at this location had no idea what she was doing, very unprofessional and it took forever to get our rental. She also double charged us.

It was hard to find. Needs better signage. Otherwise it was good.

Random gas station with no sign that specified Uhaul, employee did not know anything, didn't check fuel or anything. Also was not the location that I choose which was very inconvenient

hard to find as it is a gas station/sub sandwich shop. A sign on the front of the building would be helpful

My only concern is with the size of the truck. I recognize your website says dimensions are approximate, but we had made plans based on approximately 15 feet...to have the cargo area be a full three feet shorter was very inconvenient. I would have appreciated knowing in advance that there would be such a significant difference.

Put a U-haul sign out front so that people can tell this is more than just an Exxon gas station and quickie-mart. Also, ask person in charge of U-haul rentals to know what trucks they have. I had driven out to the back lot and saw they had the size of truck I wanted, but she said they didn't have one.

The cashier was very helpful and nice. The uhaul company made me return the truck to a location extremely far away from my location. I had never expierenced this before.

They forgot our dolly, and the price we paid did not factor in a deal running online, and after calling Uhaul customer service we had to get a manager on the line after 10 minutes who still took another 5 minutes to find their mistake. They kept trying to blame my wife for misunderstaning her order and saying they 'couldn't see what had gone wrong'. Super frustrating. Also at pickup they said we could drop the truck off anywhere, but then refused to accept it when we returned later.

We put in 2 quarts of oil, filled the gas tank since it was half full and when we pulled in to pick up our truck they were jumping the other available truck using someone's car. When we asked questions about insurance they didn't know the answer and we were told we would be reimbursed for any extra gas over when we returned the truck which I later found out was not true when I read the contract.

No one knew how to process uhaul orders here and I had to wait for a really long time before someone could help me. This is a gas station, not an official uhaul office, which I didn't expect. I recommend training all your employees how to do uhaul.

Teach the staff how to run the system to check people out! We waited for over 2 hours to get the trailer registered. It was a horrible experience!!!!!
