Our reservation was changed to this location. When we picked up, the gentleman wondered out loud about why we were given the vehicle as there was a known problem with the driver's side exterior handle---it didn't open the door. I explained our situation and that we needed that size vehicle or larger for our move. The representative discounted the rental fee and the mileage fee because we agreed to take the vehicle. It wasn't long before we realized that there were other issues with the vehicle....like a loud exhaust, an odd wobble in the front passenger side tire and a transmission that was slow to shift and limited our acceleration to the point we needed to avoid highways. Again, we OPTED to take the vehicle because we were told that there were no other seventeen foot vehicles available. However, none of these other issues were disclosed to us or we would have chosen another option. I think that the company should have removed this vehicle from service and fixed the window before we were placed in this situation. On Sunday, one day longer that anticipated because of this vehicle, I called to let the company know. The agent explained that I needed to speak to roadside assistance to report all the problems. The roadside assistance agent was not the most helpful. She initially tried to tell me that we did wrong. I explained AGAIN that this was our second rental in two weeks and we watched the YouTube videos and had a walk thru with the previous agent. My call to roadside assistance was to report the loud exhaust, the wobble in the front passenger side tire, and the failure to accelerate with the "TOW" option engaged or disengaged. (We did better disengaged.) My issue is not with the people that I interacted with, they were all very accommodating, my issue is that this vehicle was left in service and we had to deal with the stress that it added to our move.

I had to wait over a half an hour my trailer because the guy couldn't "sign it out." He had to get on the phone with Uhaul and it took a looooonnng time to "fix." The guy (Corrie) was very nice though.

The location was fine, the truck had not been cleaned out, in fact there was underwear and socks in the cargo box from a previous customer. I was very disappointed that my guaranteed online reservation was not guaranteed. Since I could not get a truck at the time I had reserved, I had to keep it an extra day.

Windshield was beyond dirty. Was very hard to see with sun glare. Very dangerous. Reservation was not ready for self pickup. Had to wait at facility while clerk re-entered all my info.

Have the vehicle clean. The outside and inside of the truck had coffee all over it. There was also extensive damage to the front of the truck including a broken headlight housing which made it difficult to drive at night as the headlight was bouncing.

The person who rented the truck to us on a Friday night stated that if we returned the truck Saturday after hours to drop the keys in the lockbox and we would only be charged for 1 day. The facility is closed on Sundays. They checked the truck in on Monday and charged me for 3 days. I sent an email to dispute the bill and received no response. I am disputing the charges with my credit card company. You want to know what you can do to improve - stop ripping people off by overcharging them!

They were not ready to check us out at our appointment time because "the U Haul guy was not in yet." We reserved 2 dozen moving blankets. Only 6 were available. Not the hiccups you need on moving day.

The crew did not inspect my hitch before agreeing to rent the trailer. They also did not direct me to the correct trailer in the parking lot so I started to hook up the wrong one.

I made the online reservation for 8:00am. When I arrived I was told rather nonplussed by a mechinic that the uhaul "guy" doesn't get in until 8:30. Offered no reason or apology. I had to wait 32 mins before getting my truck.
