Despite having an almost full gas tank, the return location indicated that the gas was almost at empty. I recognize that it may have needed 1 or 2 gallons, but certainly not a full 11. This felt very dishonest.

Either 1 or both wheels on the trailer were out of round or not balanced. The trailer bounced at low and high speeds, so bad that it shook the vehicle. The location was fine and the staff were pleasant, but the equipment was lacking the professionalism that UHaul typically has

ANGELICA LI was charged an extra day that I didn’t need because the clerk didn’t know what she was doing or talking about how the rental worked. Need to inform your clerk how the rental work.
