The person who did my reservation was incredibly rude and condescending. She told me I was on "borrowed time" which was insulting and made me mad.

The door handle on passenger side was broken and door would not open from outside. The back of the truck however was clean. I turned the truck in after hours and called the following afternoon about getting a check in and final receipt. The lady I spoke with was not very nice about it and asked if I had returned the truck. After again explaining that I had returned it after hours she said well that truck is already out. All I wanted was a copy of my receipt.

Had a reservation at the Radcliff location on Wednesday but they were closed and I couldn't get my truck there. Very upset with that but I was able to find another Huallaga dealership.

I was disappointed that the location of my original rental could not provide. I understand the intricacies of the rental business, but I spent a good 30 minutes there waiting to be told they didn't have a unit available not an upgrade to the next size available. I rented on line, and had the Alliance Printing location showed up as having what I needed, I would have gone there first. The Lincoln trail location I felt was lacking in customer "care". Meaning I left there with the impression they really didn't care if I got my unit or not, nor that I was on any kind of timeline

Make sure the truck or van mileage is at the right mileage before any paperwork of filled out. When I rented a van, the employee noticed the mileage was more than what the computer said. She said she would fix it in the system. When I returned the van, I didn't use all of my estimated miles by a few miles. Therefore my total should have been lower correct? That was not the case. It was $2 more. I didn't pay that because the employee called UHAUL and had them fix the problem because it was all messed up because of the wrong mileage and the correction in the computer.

Have margins for error when estimating mileage and gas used. It is disconcerting to have such minimal charges added.

The best thing that you can do is advertise the right size of your trucks. The 26 feet truck is not the correct size, because you include the over hang. We rented 26 feet and that is what we expected not 23 feet.

The customer service doing the pickup in the return was horrible. I rented from U-Haul many times and never been so disrespected and and treated as though I wasn't a customer until this rental experience. Even though I had filled out everything online I was still made to provide everything all over again as though I hadn't made a reservation and ask me questions that I've never been asked or needed when I rent from other U-Haul's. Even doing the return I was ignored and even when I was told they would check my vehicle so I can be on my way the employee stop working with me to take a 10-minute call about printing orders that had nothing to do with me trying to return the U-Haul. I will never rent from this location again and I will not recommend this location to anyone.
