Supply the requested items.and provide the check in link when I am ready to complete it. Did not appreciate not having a human to show in person the condition of the equipment drop off.
Kimberly SNo one was in the office. Called the service number and the guy was at a doctors appointment, spent 30 minutes just to assign me the wrong truck and it was about an hour to assign the right truck. Not to mention had me running back and forth from the office to the lot to verify the truck.
Justice MThere's a sign that says "Open - Call this number for service". Called it multiple times. Knocked on the door. Could not get ahold of anyone. Left the key in the box but I prefer handing it over.
