I was never told about a cleaning fee and I have used U-Haul in the past and never charged this fee. I would like the $25.00 fee adjusted on the final charge or refunded. Also first time the rep at the store did not go with me to check the condition of the truck or the gas meter. The gas was less than indicated on the paper. But I still filled it up to where it indicated on paper to avoid problems. My cell is 805-824-5482

Only one guy that works there An half the time he's not even there, rented a one-way, by the way if you look up my info you know I rent from you guys almost every other day, only have had problem with this guy, pulled up this time An he had no idea about a uhaul coming to him seemed like he was about to go home, gassed the truck up while he was talking to me An then just said park it in the back An he will get to it tomo morning, wouldn't accept our cash or card until tommorow morning, then I check my receipt this morning An he charged me for gas, don't appreciate his service or attitude or the sketchiness in the way he works. Hopefully someone can contact me at email@example.com to make sure that that gas station doesn't need to be a uhaul, he kept blaming stuff on his boss, on why he does things differently other then every other uhaul. Kinda humerous with the things he said he can't do knowing he can.

The trailer is advertised as a 5' x 8'. However, the dimension is not 60", and the item I had to move could not fit in the trailer, and we ended up not being able to use the trailer.

Vendor tried to charge me insurance when I had already declined. He couldn't print out a receipt so I had no idea how much gas to put in. And it up getting charged extra because I did not refill it enough. Couldn't even find the U-Haul site where I needed to return the vehicle.

Picking up the Van at a car wash/lube station is not what I expected and took more than 15 minutes, more like a half-hour. However, staff was very friendly. The van exceeded my expectation and was modern and in excellent shape. My only complaint was that it reeked of cigarettes and pot!

How can you charge me over 11 dlls. for milage, if you see in the invoice I used the truck for 3 miles, then yet you charge me 11 dlls. for fuel? contradictive isnt.? charge me for clean up, when I got the truck it was not cleaned, There whas no one to return the truck to, to go thru this issues, so next thing I know I am charged for this extra stuff..

Vehicle was not available at reserved time and we had to drive to another location to retrieve the truck - then the guy wanted us to return he truck in too short a time (we reserved for 24 hours, not 6!) and back at the original location. That meant our personal car was two miles from the truck drop off. Customer does not come first at this location. There are numerous competitors with better customer service.

Ditto to the above with one exception. Online it said this uhaul facility was open on sunday...this is not true and missleading. Only the car wash and gas station are open on sunday and not clear or secure drop off for a closed facility.

Don't charge a full day for returning a rental 10 minutes late and allow representatives to make changes to statements to accurately reflect time of use. I was charged a full day for returning rental 10 minutes late because rep was preoccupied when i arrived on site and i waited about 10 minutes.
