I had previous reservations with uhaul ontario get there no truck available I was sent to another location guaranteed truck available arrive no truck available. Worst communication with reservation and facilities. Finally got a truck from foothill uhaul (Bobs) great place review above only for them. Alrhough 10 miles away 20 round trip had to pay mileage for hauls mistake. Guarantee reservations should be automatic 50.00 upon return of vehicle. Really disappointed with other locations.

They were friendly and nice. Only thing that sucked was our pick up location was changed twice with out us even agreeing to it. Had us drive to a further location then intended. Not the pick up place fault. But when called to ask about the rebate for changing location customer service said we were SOL

First of all, this was not even my location. The first one I was scheduled for, did not have it. The gentleman that worked there (Alfred) claimed customer was late to return and was kind enough to look for another location with my truck. He promised that he'll get me a bigger truck for the price of a 10 foot-$10.00 difference, I thought wow..what a deal. Alfred sent us off to another location, assuring us that the truck (15foot) is ready for pick up and he'll take care of the rate. We drove to the next location hoping to finally get the truck and start our move, the gentleman there said he had no clue what I was talking about. He had a truck but there was no way he could adjust any prices on it and only customer service can do that. My husband and I tried calling your 24hrs customer service line and never got a hold of anyone! We each spent 30min on each hold. I got close to a response once but it was a pick then disconnected right away. I was hot and irate because timing is everything, we had no choice but to move with a bigger truck than originally needed without much help from anyone. It was the worst experience ever and I'm not sure if I will ever use U-haul again! I thought I was saving but lost more money and worst of all, time! I'm not even sure if your system of booking even works? I still get calls from all these other locations after my move was halfway done that they had the truck I was looking for? How did they not know that? I just can't believe this ordeal I went through with you guys!

Make sure the truck has reverse gear and that you won't have no problems getting the truck up to where it needs to be loaded. It was hard to lift items and bring the items to the truck. I wish the truck could of had reverse to back it up to where we were loading. It wasn't easy , and had a time limit for the job as well. I do hope uhaul recognizes this and confinsates our last experience we had in the move. I also hope they fix the problem so the next family don't have to experience what we had to go.

Workers were not knowledgeable and service took way too long. Truck had lots of issues, which created lots of problems for us on a 2,500-mile trip. Tried to call UHaul hotline several times to complain and get some help, but waits were 25 minutes and got cut off several times after reaching personnel. I have used UHaul many times in the past, but was very dissatisfied this time around. I would appreciate someone reaching out to me at 252-289-5004.

Make sure you are not rushed to leave. Ask how to adjust the rear view mirrors and check how much gas they say is in the truck. I was told it was 3/4 full but when I pulled out I saw it was only 5/8 full.
