IVAN HEverything was great! The staff were friendly and very helpful. I recommend U-Haul.
Dick BThe location is in an area where there is not very good cell reception, so it took a while for the app to load and the check in process to be completed. During checking in with the app I think I lost service and it went back to the home screen, causing me to have to call an agent to get the code for unlocking the key. The key box was not clearly marked and tucked away on the side of the gas station building. The location was large and easy to find, it was just the cell service that was difficult.
