The dealer personnel were very helpful and knowledgable. The trailer was missing a tie-down ring and had inoperative/missing marker lights, not a huge problem. The reservation center got my reservation wrong. I “fixed” it over the phone, but it was still wrong when I picked up and returned the trailer. The dealer personnel were able to correct the reservation issues from their office. Overall the trailer was a solid piece of equipment that handled the job for which I needed it. I recommend this dealer (Polar Car Wash in Redmond Oregon) highly.
