The attendant did not know how to use the systems. He could not use the programs to check in. Asked me to use my phone instead of his. No lobby. Had to wait outside for 20 minutes before getting acknowledged. Did not offer any accessories (trailer hitch, converter plug) had to drive to get them. Super sketchy.
evan PThe attendant seemed pre-occupied. He wasn't even sure where the Uhaul was parked. The whole transaction was with smart phones. When returning returning the uHaul the same attendant was busy washing a car and just took the keys and said, I'll email you a receipt.
