Took truck with 3/4th (or 6/8th) fuel. returned with extra (7/8th) fuel. Got charged for 3 gallons for some reason... $20. Your online system is always down or never working: 1) on 12th December when to pick up at 5:27pm the counter guy in Bellevue u haul said his system shows is 530 and shut him out and he can't give me the key for what was a mobile pick up. 2) on 13th in Redmond ridge, at 10 am couldn't do mobile check in. App was not working for pick up. At 12 system was down for return and later got extra charges added incorrectly

I returned the car at 1:35 a.m. My receipt says that I returned it at 3:13 a.m. I don't understand why they charged me.
IVAN IThe location is always helpful, but I have never had a successful uhaul Mobile pick up and there is no quick or efficient way to get help. Very frustrating. I find other rentals (like budget) easier to use.
EMMA IEverything went great and easy to turn in. Only issue with drop off, was the extra mileage charged. Given 58 miles for rental, but since truck was in South Hill washington, had to drive truck almost 30 miles just to get our stuff in Eatonville Washington. Feeling like we are getting penalized for uhaul not having enough of supply for demand, especially in more rural areas.
