I had a reservation for a dolly but it was not there. They suggested me to go to another store after talking to scheduling. I went there after driving 20 minutes. They refused to give one. I ended up buying one as I was already late by two hours for my moving.
Md Rthe location was closed so I picked up the equipment on the street using a lock box without seeing a real person or the facility

Someone from U-Haul had called me a couple of days into my rental and asked if I'd be open to changing my return location to this store. I agreed, but it turns out I should have asked about their business hours, parking availability, and multiple ways to contact this individual store and/or U-Haul Corporate.
