The service was quick and helpful. I opted to online check in and the owner kindly brought out the keys to me and explained all about the van. Returning was just as quick, completing my part on the app.
Rebecca DI had a disappointing experience at this U-Haul location. The staff member who assisted me was unnecessarily pushy and had a poor attitude throughout the interaction. I felt pressured rather than helped, and simple questions were met with impatience. Customer service should be respectful and professional, and this experience fell short of that standard. Truck was scratched up and dirty. Not renting from here again.
RICARDO CDon't be pushy or scare customer to buy insurance even after they have decided not to buy. I was pushed to buy $15 insurance which I did eventually.
