Using the app and at time to leave the truck assigned to me was not there . I go check with store and owners get upset and ask why I use the app to go instore always.. They have the keys to all the trucks nor lock box so the error is on them for assigned the truck to someone else. Delayed my moving out had to pay extra fees to helpers
