I had a disappointing experience at this U-Haul location. The staff member who assisted me was unnecessarily pushy and had a poor attitude throughout the interaction. I felt pressured rather than helped, and simple questions were met with impatience. Customer service should be respectful and professional, and this experience fell short of that standard. Truck was scratched up and dirty. Not renting from here again.

Don't be pushy or scare customer to buy insurance even after they have decided not to buy. I was pushed to buy $15 insurance which I did eventually.

Cassandra YI specifically told the owner clerk my return was the next day at 9 am but I might return it today if I finish early. He said yes I’ll put you return it at 5 today. I said no my return is tomorrow 9 am and he said nothing. I come to find out he put 11 pm same day as my return. He had NO RIGHT to do that. I had to call customer service and the regional office to get them to change my return time back to next day at 9 am. Ridiculous I had to do all that
