Conveniently located in a gas station (easy refueling). The person behind the desk took the keys and told me I didn’t need to do anything else. I got an automated text the next morning asking when I was going to return the vehicle - I initiated a chat session online, and they indicated there had been some technical problems, but that it should be resolved shortly. About an hour later I got an emailed receipt saying it was all taken care of and I didn’t owe anything additional.

Daniel MEverytime I get a uhaul, the interior window is filthy. This is a safety concern during sunrise and sunset. I want to say, the gentleman who checked me in at 330 pm on 8/9/25 at the lake Anne north shore location WAS INCREDIBLY HELPFUL!!! I had a simple request, he could’ve said yes or no and both answers would’ve been fine. However he said yes and made it happen for me and it made our move that much better and easier.
CLINTON SVan was clean enough on the inside but very dirty outside and right blinker was not working properly but the service was overall excellent.
