It took me more than 20 minutes to be able to get the truck. All documents/ questions should be asked at the time of the reservation not at the time of pick up.

After reserving a 15' truck, I was assigned a 10' truck. I accepted the change but indicated I would need an extra day and more miles to cover the potential need for multiple trips in my move. The representative indicated that was not a problem and the extra day and an extra 30 miles would be provided, and I was told if I needed more miles, just call and have them added to my contract. However, when I picked up the agreement did not have any extra time, and extra 30 miles were not included. I called at the end of the day (after hours) and the representative added some notes to my contract and told me to call in the morning to have the time and miles added. I did call in the morning, and everything was added. The only issue was the need for multiple calls and follow-ups to get everything worked out. Pick-up required a mobile pickup, which was something I did not prepare for as I selected counter pickup when I reserved the truck. Drop-off could not have been easier.
