The circular lock was a bit tough to open once I had unlocked it.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe mobile pick up process with the app was terrible. Thanks to the customer service rep who was finally able to help me. You need a better app -- I had to start over multiple times and finally use web browser. I won't choose to use that again.
Stephen GLinda was very friendly and professional and efficient. She made renting the truck an easy, hassle-free experience. The mext time I, or any family members or friends require a U-Haul truck, I'll be sending them to this U-Haul location.
JOHN WThe only issue that I had was the app. I already had an account and had everything entered for ease at the location. When I arrived to pick the rental up, I had to enter every thing all over again which made the start of the experience very frustrating. After all this, I had no issues and was happy with my rental.
