The truck was fine and ready to go. Blankets were on-hand, intact and clean. Staff were friendly and a pleasure to do business with. The appliance dolly, however, was in bad shape. One of the wheels rubbed terribly and made it difficult to use. Since I pulled the dolly across the gravel lot to load it to the vehicle, I didn’t notice the wheel rubbing until trying to use the dolly to load our furniture. I would recommend closer inspection of returned equip before placing it back in service.
