Dude who called me to because I was late was kinda of a dick
derek wFriendly and helpful staff. App made the process so easy.
Christopher PI had an annoying problem with the UHAUL app when picking up the truck. Even though I had photos of all the sides of the truck as requested, it gave an error that I was missing one. I had to go back and forth trying to do it again and again. Finally it took, but I spent 15 -20 minutes taking photos and playing with the app.
