Ryan (I believe was the name on his name tag) was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. It has been over 20 years since I've had to rent a moving truck, so the new technology on the app was a big surprise. I chose to go into the office area to pick up the truck key and was greeted with a smile. The thing that I would recommend to you to improve the cab of the truck, is to put a hook, to hang a purse on the wall behind the seats. Not directly behind the seats, but in the middle. The cup holders needed to be cleaned from a sticky drink that was placed in it by the previous renter.
