Turn in was easy, but charged me for a $35 cleaning fee. I can only assume it was for the road salt, etc in the exterior. Driving a truck for nearly 500 miles in winter through snow will do that. Why should I be charged for that.

I’m not sure if it was the woman at the Citrus Springs Florida location that didn’t know what she was doing or the U-Haul computer was on the fritz But the paperwork took way too long
