A bit better communication would be appreciated so the customer knows pertinent details such as mileage and gas level out. Otherwise a very good experience.

Called this location around 9:30pm for vehicle return and he was refusing I had to remind them that U-haul customer service stated that they are a 24/7 return location with key drop box.

Bibi s B.1) Truck was found with fuel tank at half full. Made it difficult to determine how much fuel to replace before turning it in. 2) Transmission sounded like it needed another gear (stuck in lower gear). Never got vehicle above 50 MPH. 3) When I opened rear door, I noted a puddle of water in the passenger side front of the box. It is clearly evident that there is a leak as it was raining when I picked the truck up. I needed to be careful of what items I packed in that area to prevent water damage.
