I did not accompany my husband to drop off the trailer so cannot speak to the drop off experience but based on past experiences with this location, the staff did not assist with hook up to vehicle and was not overall accommodating. The hours are more accommodating so is more accommodating than most locations.

Patice HNo brakes. We went through a bad storm and nearly crashed when the trailer jackknifed after hitting the brakes as everyone stopped
John CNo offer to assist in parking and unhooking from the dollie. I had to request completing the check in and final billing to be completed prior to my leaving.
THOMAS CFirst trailer was full of trash, so I had to waste gas driving all the way back for another one. second one was in a wet field that I almost got my truck stuck in, I also had to drive under low hanging branches that rubbed my truck to back up the the trailer.
