The yard we dropped the truck off at was a disaster , the employee there didn't speak English and just pointed to where i should park ,and again didn't do a walk around or get me to sign anything , later that night my u-haul app sent a notification saying i still hadn't dropped the truck off ... very un organized
Cathy RHave an actual office where things can be finalized and someone who knows the process of equipment pick up. Pickup yard exceptionally busy with multiple businesses operating from same yard and exceptionally dirty of all kinds of garbage and debris.
Darcy MNo proper signage as to where to go. Had to wait for semi going in to drop off and ask another business where to go. No location marking where to drop trailer. The only thing positive was the woman who finally called me back was very pleasant. Hours of operation are incorrect as there were no staff at all.
shawn dPretty sketchy yard. No one works there. Basicly driving into a truck yard with a couple uhauls at the back, all documents signed over the phone, random person shows up and hooks the trailer up.
