Don't allow a truck to be available when the air conditioning doesn't work - I had to drive in the nights to try and stay cool for 1800 miles - horrible

No one was at the location when I dropped off the trailer. I called the main number and left a message. Called an emergency number and luckily someone answered, gave me a code to get in the gate to drop off the trailer. Was told it would be checked in that day. Two days later I received an email saying I would be charged more because the trailer was not turned in. Called the drop off location again with no answer from either number and no one ever called me back. Contacted a number on the email and had great service from the person and they said they would look into it. Very disappointed in the drop off experience.

Lisa S.The truck was not clean dog hair and dog food was all over the inside cab of the truck. Inside of the cargo area was dirt, rocks and dog feces.
