The truck was in Empty when I picked it up which was a huge inconvenience for me. Uhaul should ensure the trucks are filled up before it rents the truck.
MICHAEL DI have rented from this location several times over the last 7 years. It is a muddy, dirty place, but the staff was always nice. Previously, some trailers had holes in the roof, or bent up fenders, but they worked for my needs. I scheduled a motorcycle trailer rental for this last weekend, and when I in to the office I was met by a nasty, combative, unfriendly, and generally unhelpful woman. She started immediately being combative, and most of what she was wanting to argue about was unnecessary. The trailer did fine, and (as usual) my entire undercarriage needs to be washed on my truck after visiting this location, but I think I will just drive further out to get my trailers and trucks from now on. If this woman is at this office, I won't be going back.

ANDREA SThe lock was difficult to open. There was trash (including a prerolled joint container) in the cab. The trucks should be back in for after hours pickup versus having to somewhat blindly back into the road. Seriously, pulling them in forward is dangerous for the customer!
