Was not given the gate code to retrieve truck. Had to call corporate office in order to get in gate. It took over a hour to get resolved. Had to pay more for movers due to my tardiness. On returning truck, someone left a 26’ truck and a car transport at the gate. Which made it very hard to return truck to proper place. I have rented for this location several times. And this rental was the worse experience ever. I would refer a friend to this location, but would make sure they get all need info.
