When we picked up the trailer the agent was a real jerk, he was fighting with a female he seemed to know, and was very unprofessional. When,we dropped off the trailer they could not find our contract for about 20 minutes.

The person at the shop itself was friendly and helpful. I give her 5 stars. Reserving the truck was very stressful. I was stuck in a bad situation causing me so much stress, I physically hurt. That's never happened to me before. At first I got quotes at different prices, then I was told there was no truck, then I was told there was a truck, then I was told there was no truck. That didn't help my stress level I would prefer that a definitive answer be given so I can take a breath and relax a bit. With that said, I did indeed get the truck, I got me and my broken car back to Albuquerque, my stress level is dropping and II won't miss work tomorrow. Thank you for making that possible you guys rock

The trailer we picked up and were charged for was not the trailer we were supposed to have according to the UHaul in Lubbock where it was returned to. Would only recommend this provider in Roswell because they are the only one.

When I called Uhaul, I requested a drop-off for our trailer and storage in Artesia, New Mexico. The customer service rep repeated my request and confirmed the information before we hung up. However, upon arriving in Artesia several days into an out-of-state move, I found that the Artesia had no storage and was not expecting us and the rep had booked our delivery in Hobbs, New Mexico (80 miles away) without informing me of this over the phone. Thankfully, the Roswell location (40 miles away) was open and the gentleman there was very helpful and accommodating. Please train your customer service reps better. Had she told me that the Artesia location had no storage and she needed to rebook me elsewhere, she should have chosen Roswell, which was closer. And she should have told me that she was rebooking us.

When I arrived we got the paper work done & then we went to the truck & couldn't get the back door open. He replaced the truck with another one. Check it out. Everything good to go. He showed me how to load the vehicle on the dolly & adjusted my mirrors for me. I did have trouble with the dolly straps. I had to tighten up the straps every time I stopped. The truck was a nice ride for a uhaul truck. It would be nice to have cruse control & better fuel mileage. I don't know who called me on the 10th, but she called when I was driving in Texas on my way to Arkansas. She wanted to know If I was going to turn in the truck that day. I told her I just got it on the 9th & had it for four days. Then she said ok I will note it that you need it for a couple more days. I got upset cause I didn't know if I was going to get charged for more days. It is like one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing.
