Have number forward so that if front desk is away, they can still be reached. Also get computer system fixed so that you don't have to repeat the reservation process

Saleswoman wasn't at the desk when we initially arrived early (about 4:05). She was in the restroom, and saw us waiting at the door around 4:12. She could have included more explanations about the exact process (i.e. be sure to fill up the gas tank, drop the keys through the window, etc.) but overall the experience was fine.

No improvements needed re customer service, location or rental vehicle. The only complaint was the mileage cost which I felt was steep. At $.89/mile it didn't take long for my $19.95 rental to jump to $60.+ dollars for going 33 miles round trip.

1. Uhaul charged me $12.75 for gas when I put gas in and returned the van at the original gas level. 2. The contact email given in the reciept email did not work.

Drivers side sunbird or broken off. I was warned it was. Guess they just fixed it and it was already broken. Not a big deal till the sun set, and I had to drive with one hand over my eyes. My only issue. Aside from that, A+! Lady who helped was awesome and truck was great!!

Please repair or replace the sunvisor on the driver side of the U Haul truck.. It keeps dropping and is impairing the visibility of driving.



The only thing was that the van was dirty. Not a huge deal.

My Uhaul broke down in the middle of nowhere, leaked fluid all over. Had to wait 3 hours for them to come and diagnose the problem in 98 degree heat by the side of the road. Turns out it was a cracked radiator they didn't see. Towed, arrived after 8pm at second Uhaul location which they were closed. So they said they would put us up in the crappiest hotel options that actually were unsafe for my mother and I. So we had to spend $230 of our own money on 2 rooms since there was 4 of us. Then we were delayed (had to replace radiator) a day, missed my first day of work, arrived over 24 hours after was expected. And Uhaul offered 200$ total. Which didn't even cover the hotel. Worst experience of my life.



I have no complaints or suggestions. Everything was great. I was quoted at a lower price at another facility, but I liked Wendy's customer service and personality so much I chose this location instead. No regrets. :)

I was frustrated because I had reserved a pick up truck on online with the 65th Street Location. A couple of days before I was supposed to pick up the truck I received notification that it was not available and I needed to go to the S Street Location. As a result I had to drive additional miles which resulted in additional expense to me. When I called to ask if the mileage between the two locations could be credited to me I was told there was nothing they could do. This is not acceptable. The change in plans was due to no fault of mine and I had to bear an extra expense.
