Chantal M.This location was 40 min far from where I need the truck but it was the only one with the available truck size that I required.
Agustin G.They over booked the truck so we had to go out of our way to get a truck at another location. Make sure ALL locations know how to rent out a truck we spent 50 mins standing around because the depot in Carleton Place did not know what they were doing, did not know what equipment they had, or how the system worked. We also didnt get the TV packing box I purchased and no refund was offered. When dropping off the uhaul in st-isidore, it was suppose to be open but was not, when we called for help we were told to use the app to return the truck, the app did not work so we had to call once again just to be told to leave it there. Overall the experiece was horrible and so much more stressful then it needed to be.
