It was very difficult to pick up the trailer. Took about 45 minutes to confirm pickup.

Waited 30 minutes for someone to show up and open door. Hooked up my own trailer the guy didn't even know difference in size of trailers. The office smelled awful lady didn't know how to do paperwork. Took an hour to do it. No pictures taken. Dog kept jumping and attacking me in office.

The only thing missing was a bar to lift the jack when parked at U-Haul location of storage. Had to find a ink pen in our truck and use it because our jack was different size. Was glad we were able to drop off on Sunday even though it wasn't a normal business day. Thank you!

this location was fine and did a good job. However, when I called to make my order, the local lady was rude and hung up on me. I called the 800 number and filed a complaint, after the local manager failed to call me, after I called back and asked another person to have him call me. So wasn't very happy with service or followup

I reserved a 26' truck 1 week prior to picking up this truck for my move at the U haul rental at Ace hardware located in Maryville MO. I EVEN CALLED ON THURSDAY TO comfim reservation. When I got to uhaul on Saturday morning there was no truck at uhaul. I had to drive to St Joe MO to get another truck. 40 miles out of my way. No discount was offered. I'm a retired navy veteran and that day was veteran's day. After driving to St Joe to get the truck and completing all the paperwork, I found out the truck only had a half of a tank of gas. It cost an extra $75 to fill it up. This was the worst experience I had had with uhaul.


Was very close from move too move however Per Mile was a bit higher then the last UHaul Dealer we rented from but this was closer to us.

They gave me the wrong truck, it only had a quarter of a tank of gas and they caused a lot of problems by giving the wrong contract and incorrect truck

absolute worst experience ever. Trailer issued was swaying at low speeds and customer service at once of rental was horrifying. Disappointed in this company and the way our service was.

Was further from me than location on Belt Highway. If trailer could have been brought there it would have been more convenient and would have saved me the trip to go buy the ball for the hitch. Staff at Belt Location made reservation for me and knew of need for ball. Had to drive several miles to get ball and return to rental location. Staff were very pleasant but it was irritating to have to make 2nd trip.


The staff made sure all of the i's were doted and t's were crossed so I would not be charged more than I was already charged. They were very helpful.

Very unprofessional, truck was dirty and smelled terrible. Also the amount of fuel was misrepresented.

She did not check the mileage before I took the truck before I left with it! Therefore I was charged extra for the miles. I only used 17 miles and she charged me for using over 40. I am very upset and believe I deserve a refund. I only was able to rent the truck for 5.5 hours. I am very upset and probably will not use uhaul again.


This was a HORRIBLE experience and I will never use uhaul again. Completely inconvenient, misleading in online request usage, and NOT organized. I would not recommend Uhaul to anyone and am completely disappointed in how it worked out.


It was not the personnel's fault that a previous customer had abandoned kittens in the truck resulting in cat hair within the interior of the truck cab. That cat hair had me sneezing throughout out my drive. The paperwork indicated that there was 1/4 tank of fuel when in fact there was 1/8 of a tank and low fuel warning came on just blocks from the Harmony Lane location. Paperwork also indicated that we rented a utility cart and appliance cart when in fact we only reserved and picked up the appliance cart. The truck itself ran very well although when using the headlights (which I do both day and night), the LED in the center of the instrument cluster that displays fuel economy was not visible.

I was charged an additional $80 for something that is not even true. The U-Haul location currently states that the gas tank was a one-quarter full when I left it a little over a half tank full. We are in the process of correcting their mistake. The mileage returned is correct, but the reading of the gas tank is still in question. Hopefully, this problem will be resolved soon!

Very hard to find, although I will say the owner was very accomodating in waiting a few extra minutes for us to pick up the truck. The windshield was so dirty and buggy, it was hard to see. The truck also developed an engine "miss" during the trip, and the check engine light came on. It just seemed like the trucks are not very well maintained.

to hard to find & person answering the phone gave bad directions. The pickup slip said the truck had 5/8 fuel and it had less than 1/2 when I said something rather than fix the problem I was told "Oh well as long as it has 1/2 you will be good. NOT THE CASE!


Make sure the customer checks the gas level and mileage before signing the contract.
