I received my uhaul with the gas level that was less than what was indicated on my contract. Upon getting into the uhaul, the kilometres shown on the contract were not same as the ones indicated on the dashboard, however, I only noticed this later on. When I got the truck, there was no inspection done on the vehicle and there were 6 tires in the cargo area of the van which I had to remove. The van must've been taken by someone else before me and I had to pay for the extra kilometres and gas used.
Fabio F.Le personnel s'en fiche largement,j'ai réservé le camion pour 9h00 du matin. Le monsieur arrive tranquillement jusqu'à 10h15 je suis le premier à être sur place. Ensuite je dois attendre pour qu'il fourni du propane à d'autres clients qui viennent d'arriver. Camion pas propre il prend même pas le temps de m'accompagner pour checker avec moi. Il me donne juste la clé et envoi par email mon contrat. Service désagréable 👎
