your uhaul system has crashed everywhere ive rented something so i dont blame wilson. he put my information almost 6 times restarting hios computer cause my 3/4 ton cant tow a ford escort or it would just freeze up putting in the plate number wilson was the key to me not just taking the car dolly and leaving please fix your system it shouldnt be that hard or that that long to fill out the necessary paperwork this has been a problem at several locations you can find less time consuming ways to cover your companies ass with pre printed forms.. but then that would cost you money and not the shop that has to deal with pissed off customers that are in a hurry and the rental fee isnt worth the time it takes or owners staying late to restart the computer 4 more times this process seemed to me to be flawed to where you may get anything inputed just so they dont look at fault for this horrible process but its all about lawsuits not really about a service or safety and you can tell as a customer are your sales down? wilson was the only reason i didnt blash you guys on every social format possible

The vehicle smelled like cigarette smoke. The interior was not cleaned. The gas gadge was between 3/4 a tank and full, but I was expected to return on full. I took pictures before leaving to show the gas level and interior.

U-Haul had to change my original location but didn’t notify me. Luckily I called the day before. They got the location changed to St. Mary’s , and I called that location and Eddy stayed late so that I could pick the truck up the night before. He was so helpful and kind. He made the initial negative experience, a positive one for me. I would definitely recommend their location to rend any U-Haul. I will be using their location from now on instead of my location.

Get your computer system working. I don't think it was the fault of the location, both times I have rented from Uhaul recently the computer was very difficult to work with, new "upgrade" I was told, seldom works right. Had to try 5 times and finally call tech support to get it to go through. Sad that a company this big can't have a system that works.

Challenge came in with the booking of the pickup location. The phone agent confirmed a much closer location with an earlier open time, and told us to expect a call around 7 a.m. to confirm pickup time. Somehow it was changed to a location 40 miles away, requiring an $80 cab ride. The location didn't even open until 10 a.m., hours after we had expected to already be on the road. We missed a tour reservation we had that cost us $140. So in addition to the cost of the rental, we are out $220 only because of the booking agent's inability to get the pickup location correct. The phone booking agent should have been able to see where the equipment was so this mix-up doesn't happen. We only discovered the changes when I called at 8 a.m. to inquire about the confirmation call I was expecting at 7 a.m. Pickup location personnel was friendly and helpful, but physical location was very messy.
