Make sure you are giving ALL the equipment and add on's that were requested for the customer. Uhaul needs to inform the customer of any issues there may be BEFORE YHE PICKUP DATE so the customer is not standing in a parking lot for 45 mins trying to resolve the issue in 90° heat!!!

Michelle WLocks were stiff. Took me several minutes to unlock with the correct code.
Thomas VU-Haul was dirty inside. Tire monitor system needs to be serviced so tire pressure light was on the entire time. Return information incorrect. Won’t ever use this location again.
