The person at this location wanted us to repark the trailer after we had already parked it where he said to park it then said he was going to have to move it anyway. Plus there wasn't a jack used to remove the trailer from our truck. It was lifted off by hand and dropped on the ground by their employee. The person in the office didn't speak at all except to say the other person was handling it.
PAMELA RTruck pulled to the right some, and the steering wheel was not aligned properly making it a little more challenging to drive.
Robert WYes I would absolutely recommend U Haul to anyone planning on moving personal belongings. The highly professional staff make this way less work than j thought.
