Terry MThis was the best service I have received at a U-haul rental.
Matthew BI filled the pre check and put how much gas was in the tank (with picture) which didn’t match what was reported, when I returned it they charged me for not having the amount the paper work. The paper work says 1/2 it only had 3/8 which is what I put in the tank.
SARA ASaigal was very friendly, professional and efficient; excellent customer service. The location was great and the whole process was smooth and I highly recommend this location.
