Easy to drop off. Would be super easy to drive right past it without knowing it was there. I am being asked to pay extra mileage, which needs to be resolved. The rental I paid for was from Beaverton to Monmouth with a discount to return the truck to Salem. The stated allowed mileage on my receipt is 52 miles. This is incorrect. I believe the allowed mileage should have been about 87. I cannot verify this since I had to leave my contract with the key after the Truck Share app refused to take the picture of the odometer which prevented me, from doing what I was expected to do to return the truck. Overall, the rental process was extremely frustrating since the "Easy" mobile Truck Share app was a disaster.

I don't remember the name of the woman that helped me, but she was awesome. She called me in the morning to give me detailed instructions on where to return as it is an out of the way, kinda hidden location. She was friendly, professional and efficient. Kudos to a great employee who really understands customer service!

The customer service was great. I let her know when we took back our truck that it was not cleaned when we picked it up and she was very apologetic about it. It does happen that things get over looked so no big deal I just swept it out as well as I could for them. We will do business again here.

The mileage was $1.09 per mile if I knew this I wouldn't have used your service. I rented from budget to put items in storage and it was only .69 per mile. Wasn't happy with the mile. Next I will be renting through budget. All in all we did have a great experience with this location. Very informative and helpful.

Difficult to find, signage poor from hwy. Was not allowed to use restroom, could have been a bit friendlier in the beginning, however she loosened up towards the end.

Feel I was overcharged for 2 different trucks that didnt seem to be maintenanced well or something wrong w front end while driving! Also 2nd and smaller truck wasnt swept out ! Dissapointed w vast variances in stated vs actual mileage and usage adjustments;( was asking for and wanting truck closer to monmouth Or area, and told they dint have but found later theydid have available

The location smelled like cat urine right when we walked in. The man who I believe said his name was Kim was very uncomfortable. He hardly greeted us and said “you guys are weird” when he had me sign the documents. I would not recommend this location or the experience to anyone. It was uncomfortable and we couldn’t wait to get out of the little house.

Owner extremely unpleasant! Walked it and he didn't look up from computer. After 10-15 seconds I asked how he was to get him to acknowledge me. He immediately snaps, " what do you need!" It was obvious he was annoyed he had to help me. He was rude, short, and made me feel completely uncomfortable. I WILL NEVER USE HIS LOCATION AGAIN AND RECOMMEND SAME TO OTHERS
