Not great location. Equipment wasn't in great shape. Guy was nice, but will rent elsewhere

DANIEL BEverything went just fine. U-Haul website was a little slow in responding.
Robert SBusiness was suppose to be open but we could not find anyone on premises. I did call and speak to someone who claimed to be with a customer and said he would check in the trailer later and send us an email. This never happened and I called the customer service number and after 4 attempts (because the representative did not cover the area) I spoke with someone who helped me. The wait times on all of these calls was very long so it was frustrating to be transferred around until the correct person was found.
ROBERT GThe truck was in very poor condition. We had a very difficult time getting the back to close. We discovered a very rusty track made it difficult to pull close. The dashboard panel light did not work so in the dark I had to drive the truck with the interior light on to see. I would not recommend this location.
