The location is somewhat difficult for pick up and teturn as there is no on site parking, even 20 min to arrange rental. I think setting aside one or two spaces on site for pick up and dropoff would improve the customer experience. Especially if they need to ttansfer items from their vehicle to the U Haul rental.
LISA KOutstanding service stuff I really have enjoyed several times I rented for this location. It’s got a different vibe. It’s like you could be at the beach or camping, but still get high-quality U-Haul equipment and service. Amazing.
