Tho drop off location was 30 minutes out of our way. We were unable to locate the key drop and the uhaul had to be parked alongside a curb way down the street. We hunted for 45 minutes trying to find the key drop box.

Arunsundar UWest Cost Storage personnel was great. The rental process was quick. The follow up calls, email and text were also helpful.
RAYMUNDO CUhaul needs to work on maintaining their app. Pick up location was this location but in detail page, it said another location. And I had to go thru customer rep to get the keys unlike what uhaul advertised as an easy pick up.
