TERRYL DVery dishonest business practice. The vehicle gas tank was completely empty when I picked up the vehicle and BEFORE I drove it off the lot. BEFORE I DROVE OFF THE LOT, I showed the employee and asked for clarification and he stated that I was supposed to put the gas. I paid$50 and filled the gas tank 1/2 BEFORE I LEFTand I brought the vehicle back with 1/4 tank of gas as per policy, which is very unfair because I paid for gas I did not use. The employee who I spoke with and showed the empty gas tank to when I originally picked the vehicle up, stated that it was my fault and I should have told him which I actually had done BEFORE I left the lot when I picked up the vehicle. Employee was very rude and disrespectful. This is poor customer service and very dishonest business practice. Especially since I swept and wiped down the back of the vehicle.
ERIC AI had requested a dolly and blankets. Didnt find out until I picked up the van that they were not available.
EVA KExcellent customer service equipment was clean fast and easy. Didn’t even take that long to get our truck. Everyone was so nice.
